Cabernet/Merlot-80% Cabernet, 20% Merlot. Typical Bordeaux Style Wine. "Frank's Favorite" Merlot/Cabernet- 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet. This blend has been continually great! "Beth's favorite" Cabernet/Zinfandel- 80% Cabernet, 20% Zinfandel. Another Award-Winner! "D's favorite" Chateauneuf Du Pape- Grenach/Syrah/Cabernet/Carignane. Great Rhone style wine. FOUR Time Award Winner! Tres Ce'Pages- 60% Cabernet, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. A combination of three world famous grapes. Award winning wine. "Rich's Favorite" Super Tuscan- 60% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet, 10% Merlot. This wine seems to be "built for food". This wine possess a good bit of acidity, the kind of acidity that clears the palate and makes you want to take another bite! "School House Red"- Old Vine Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, and Merlot A FULL bodied wine, with DEEP color, and great tannins. Another Award Winning Wine. Barolo- The "big" black-red wine of Italy's Piedmont Region. 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Barbera. The blending of these grapes (which have have opposite characteristics) produces a wine which has fine taste balance but is still bold and powerful. "The Family Receipe"- Frank's Barbera Blend. A combination of 70-80% Barbera and 20-30% Petite Syrah, this wine will be the crowd-pleaser at any dinner table! Award Winner! "Northern-Cali. Field Blend" -60% Carignane, 30% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah. A real "Winemakers Wine". Great for drinking young, and also quite age-worthy. Filled with all that we love about red wine: Red-fruit character, a bit peppery, good tannins, slightly higher alcohol. Everybody LOVES The Northern-Cali. Blend! "Nuova
Casa Del Papa" -40% Barbara, 20% Alicante, 20% Nebbiolo, and 20%
Sangiovese. Italian Red Meritage based on Chateauneuf-du-pape (french for "New
home of the pope"). But here we use all the
"Noble-Italians" to create a wine that is smooth and
balanced and shows you exactly where The Pope really lives! Syrah/Cabernet /Merlot- 50% Syrah, 25% Cabernet, and 25% Merlot. "House of RED"- 33% Zinfandel, 33% Petite Syrah, and 33% Carignane. Variation on the popular School House Red, preferred by some for it's roundness that comes from the addition of Carignane. Cabernet/Barbera- Blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Barbera "Vino da Travola" (Italian Table Wine)-Frank's grandfather's secret recipe 25%??????, 25% ??????, 24%??????, and 25%??????. We could tell you more but then we would have to kill you. Cabernet/Cabernet Franc- 85% Cabernet, 15% Cabernet Franc.
