Sauvignon Blanc- Extremely versatile grape which can be vinified in a number of styles.  Winemakers throughout the world are increasingly using oak to add complexity to the wine, as in Fume Blanc.  Produces a wine with a citrus, gooseberry flavor and a herbaceous aroma.  Award winning wine.  One of Rich and Frank's favorites.

Riesling- The most noble and expressive of white wine varietals.  Riesling is "The Great White" of German wines and can be produced in both dry or Trocken and slightly sweet or Auslese styles.  It's aromas lean towards the fruity side with apple, peach, and pear standing in front with delicate fruit undertones.

Chardonnay- One of the world's great wine grapes.  It is responsible for the white burgundies of France and is one of the three grapes used to make Champagne.  Produces wines that can be described as buttery, creamy, nutty and smoky.

Pinot Grigio/Pinto Gris.  Italian style white wine.  Produces a crisp, light, dry wine. Pairs well with a variety of foods.

Vionier- Pronounced (VEE-O-NEY).  Produces a medium bodied wine with good acidity and hints of peach, apricot and a terrific floral aroma.  Vionier is best enjoyed when it is young.

“ Bordeaux Blanc”- 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon. A charming easy drinking white Bordeaux revealing a wonderful selection of peach and citrus fruits. A mouth watering acidity creates a crisp and fresh finish making it ideal served with seafood.

Sauvignon Blanc/Viognier- A blend of 75-80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20-25% Viognier

"From wine what sudden friendships spring!"
