The single, most-universally recognized, fact  in Premium-Quality Winemaking is that "Fine wine comes only from Fine Grapes".  This is why we contract with only the finest vineyards throughout California in order to ensure that you start your Winemaking Experience with the Highest-Quality grapes that can possibly be obtained. We have spent the last several years developing and maintaining close personal relationships with our California growers in order to achieve this goal!

Among Alexander Valley's growing diversity of wines and grapes grown, Cabernet Sauvignon is achieving world-class stature, giving Napa Valley a run for its money.
Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is known for it's characteristic lush fruity character and soft, round, supple tannins making it great for blending or straight styles.

Our Specialty Blends-(Click to View  Menu)

Most popular wines around the world are actually made from different grape varietals that are blended together.  Our award winning specialty blends, mostly made up of red grape varietals, represent some of the more popular styles of wines available today. If you have a particular favorite that doesn't appear on the menu, custom-blends can be created.

Single Varietal Reds-(Click to View  Menu)

Sometimes red wines are created from a single grape type.  These wines are frequently named for the varietal itself.  For example, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel are seldom blended with other grape varietals.  These wines are also a great choice when you may desire particular flavor characteristics to be dominate in your wines.  Once again, if you have a favorite grape varietal that is not listed, please let us know, and we will try to get it for you.

Single Varietal Whites/Blends-(Click to View  Menu)
Typically, white wines are produced from a single grape type (but there are some exceptions!).  This is a list of our past student's favorites.  If you have a favorite that is not listed, let us know and we will try to get it for you.

EXCITING WINES FROM CHILE (available in April/May)-(Click to View  Menu)

Grapes are planted over a 700 mile stretch in Chile, but the primary growing region is a fertile basin known as the Central Valley which is located just South of capital city Santiago.  The Central Valley is made of four main sub regions: the Maipo, Rapel, Curico and Maule Valleys.  Grape quality has risen dramatically over recent years thanks to foreign investment and the efforts of dynamic winemakers/grape-growers like Ignacio Recabarren from Conch Y Toro.
